My strengths include problem solving, organizing information and accurately documenting design for permitting and construction while maintaining the integrity of design and nimbly reacting to client requests throughout the design, documentation and construction process.  I am a fast learner with an analytical mindset that allows me to create systems to increase efficiency while maintaining quality assurance and I have the ability to effectively teach others in use of systems, standards and software.  My special skills lie in knowledge of California and International Building Code and code analysis and experience in interacting with a variety of Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ).  I am passionate about being an integral part of the team that uses great design to promote health and wellness of its occupants and environmental sustainability of the structure, systems and site, and I am looking for an opportunity to work on such a team.
